    Thank you Sifu. I have been made aware of Two walking methods, The method you Discribe is teh same as what happens when you walk down stairs, the Second method is to walk as though you’re going up stairs, slightly different modes of ‘walk’ but both correct and both achieve same effect. though, when you’re going ‘up’ stairs, sacrum is forward, i think this is better for momentum fighting.
